Linda East, a native Fresnan, has been actively employed in the mortgage banking/brokerage industry for the past 32 years. Her experience ranges from local branch manager to national sales manager of national mortgage backing companies. She has lived and worked in Fresno, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago.

In 1989 Linda returned to Fresno to start East Financial Services, Inc. The changing face of the mortgage banking industry, whereby super regional and national mortgage banking firms were buying and consolidating, led her to believe that the local market would best be served by a local mortgage broker with access to national lenders. As an approved broker with over 30 national lending companies, East Financial Services is able to provide a wide array of loan products and pricing while meeting the individual needs of the local customer.
